Please read this important info so you’ve got your tickets organised, ready to scan and know which gate you should use to make your entrance.

 
Key Points:
  • Splore tickets are stored in your ePASS. This allows you to check in all entry and upgrade tickets for you and your group by just scanning one barcode.
  • Anyone arriving separately? Be sure to use the ticket sharing function in your ePASS to share tickets to anyone arriving separately to you.
  • Camping upgrade? Best to share the camping upgrade ticket to whoever is arriving in the car carrying all the camping gear. That way they’ll receive any parking tags to get them as close as possible to your campsite.
  • Which gate to come to? Everyone in your vehicle should check their ePASS to see which gate you’re directed to. If EVERYONE in your vehicle has been directed to Gate A, head to Gate A. If even one person has Gate B, your whole vehicle should go to Gate B.

Finding Your ePASS (Tickets):
Splore tickets are safely stored in your iTICKET account ePASS, which is like a digital wallet. To open and view your tickets just log in at www.iticket.co.nz/profile/e-pass

Your ePass can hold multiple tickets, like the entry tickets for you and your crew, plus any upgrades and add-on tickets in one place.
ePASS Barcode:
Your ePASS barcode is the key that unlocks all the contents of your ePASS digital wallet. When it is scanned it pulls up all the tickets that are held in your ePASS, for easy access. Your ePass is not an actual ticket, it just holds all your tickets in one place, saving you time at the gate.

There are two options to retrieve your ePASS barcode for scanning in. Once you’ve logged in, choose ‘Mobile ePASS’ to get a version that you can save/screenshot on your device, or choose ‘Print ePASS’ for a printable version. We suggest that you save or print before leaving home, just in case there are mobile network hiccups on the day.

Never share your ePASS barcode with anyone, it is your own personal wallet which holds your tickets. If you want to send someone a ticket, you can share individual tickets from your ePass, using the instructions below.
Share Tickets:
Does your ePASS contain any tickets that you brought for friends and whānau?

If you’re arriving together, you can just keep all the tickets in you ePASS and scan in as a group.
If you’re arriving separately, you need to share (send) their tickets to them so they can scan in separately to you.

To share tickets, just open your ePass, hit the share button, and follow the prompts to select individual tickets and complete the sharing process.
Camping Upgrades:
Some reserved camping upgrades allow one vehicle to park in Reserved Parking, closer to the campsite. If you have one of these camping upgrades, it’s best for the driver arriving with all the camping gear to be holding the camping upgrade ticket. That way when they arrive, they’ll be given the correct parking tag and will end up where they need to be. The rest of the crew sharing your camp will all be able to access the campsite once they have checked in and parked in their designated parking areas.
Which Gate?
Once you’ve shared your tickets and are happy with the contents of your ePASS, you’ll see your Splore entry gate indicated in the top right corner of your online ePASS. We run two entry gates at Splore, and they are geared towards processing certain ticket types as quickly as possible. We automatically choose the best gate for you to head to, according to the contents of your ePASS.

If EVERYONE in your vehicle has been directed to Gate A, head to Gate A.
If even one person has Gate B, that takes priority and your whole vehicle should go to Gate B.
Print or write Gate Label:
To help keep things moving more smoothly you could display your gate in your windscreen so our traffic team will instantly know where to guide you with out delay.
Just print one of these gate signs or write a big A or B on piece of A4 paper and pop it in your windscreen as you approach the park.

Tixel sales for camping tickets will close Wednesday at noon (22 Feb 2023, 12pm), and the resale of GA Tickets closes Friday at noon (24 Feb 2023, 12pm).
